1: Discovery—This is the story of my first encounter with this object. This is my first impression of the object.
My object im using for this assignment isnt really an object, although im only a couple months older than it, it is my bird we got it when i was a few months old.
2: Meaning—This is how my object gained meaning. This is how my object’s meaning has changed over time.
I know a bird isnt really much but this bird has been there all my life and without it there it wouldnt be the same, my bird allows you to pick it up and hold it and when it sees the chance it will get on your head.
3: Value—This is what my object says about me. I dont know what my object says about me, maybe i care about animals? Their isnt much animals i care about, generally hate other peoples animals. now thats not completely true i think i only care about two of my friends pets.
4: Reward—This is the best reward I get from owning my object.
My favorite thing about my object is that is can talk, its not a parot so is cant say much but we talk to my bird and it knows how to say a few things.
5: Sharing—If I were to give this object to someone else, this is who I’d give it to, and this is what I would say to them.
No question about it i would never give my bird to anyone…
6: Description—This is what my object looks like, feels like, and smells like.
I believe my bird is a cockateel, it rings and sounds like our phone, ithink it believes its funny for us to pick up the phone, it has a gray body, yellow head, red cheeks. my bird is really soft.
7. More
People often ask me why my bird is so loud, i reply i didnt even notice it, i guess its always been their and without it my house would feel to quiet.
